Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TRAAX LIV. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable: sale items, gift cards, and downloadable products.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
